Tasting Notes - Wignalls Pinot Noir 2005 (Recommended)

Haven't seen these dudes in a while. Richly scented nose; earthy, dusty rhubarb, maybe even a touch of olive and salt. Quite similar to taste (very actually) and a great palate structure - very broad flavours hit all corners of the mouth. Really impressive, albeit fully priced for the region at ~$32.
