Tasting Notes - Epsilom Coal Sack Shiraz 2006

Made by the very capable folk from Massena, possibly the Barossa's best producer of sub $40 reds. Aromatic nose of plums with a confectionary edge. Quite zingy. Sweet uncomplicated fruits upfront, underpinned by a darker berry component. Medium length and strength finish. Not a mindblower but ok value at $20.
