Wine Review - Woodlands Reserve Malbec 2006

Jeremy Oliver, OnWine - 93pts
"Elegant and refined, smooth and supple, this rather lean and lightly herbal malbec should build in the bottle. Its estery aromas of fresh cherries, cranberries and sweet vanilla oak precede a brightly lit but fractionally sappy and hollow palate whose flavours of black and red cherries and cherries are tightly knit with dusty vanilla oak. Could develop great shape and character. (Margaret River, not yet released, 18.0/93, drink 2011-2014+)."
