Wine Review - Willow Creek WCV Chardonnay 2006

Jeremy Oliver, OnWine - 88pts
"Youthful and presently rather angular, this juicy, ripe and refreshing young chardonnay delivers plenty of vibrant varietal flavour. Backed by faintly herbal undertones and fresh vanilla oak, its spicy scents of pineapple and grapefruit precede a brightly lit palate whose lively fruit flavour is wrapped in clean acidity. (Mornington Peninsula, $18 retail, approx., 16.4/88, drink 2008-2011)."
