Wine Review - Lenton Brae Chardonnay 2005

Jeremy Oliver, OnWine - 92pts
"Tightly focused, lean, mineral and refreshing, this contemporary young chardonnay has a delicate and lightly meaty bouquet whose grapefruit, tropical and lime juice aromas are backed by nuances of minerals and sweet, creamy vanilla oak. It’s long and elegant, delivering a succulent and fine-grained expression of spicy grapefruit, white peach and tropical flavour, finishing taut and refreshing. (Margaret River, $39 retail, approx., 17.8/92, drink 2010-2013)."
