Tasting Notes - Ashley Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Yikes. Don’t know what happened here. Aromas held some promise with ok berry lift. ‘Feels’ quite zingy. Palate seems a bit all over the shop; red berries early and then folding into a heavy, tar character. Not particularly appealing. A touch porty on the finish. Can’t see it getting any better.
