Tasting Notes - Amherst 'Daisy Creek' Chardonnay 2006

Another sub $16 wine made from 100% Pyrenees fruit. Medium strength golden hue, seemingly showing some development. Ripe fruits, mostly pineapple, on the nose. A slightly dirty / euro note underpins the aromas. Similar fruits to taste although somewhat dilutive when compared to the aromas. Fruits tighten through the palate and finish with citrus tang. Probably better options in the price range.
