If you are not a fan of the weightier, tangy Claire Valley Rieslings this cool climate Riesling should appeal to you. It has a mineral and floral aroma, it is light and fresh with lively, racy acidity plenty of flavour from the slate / mineral spectrum through to a long lemony finish (without any bitterness) Would be fantastic with Oysters.
