Our first look at Ex-Houghton's maker Larry Cherubino's new venture. Sourced from Margaret River fruit.
Very, very pale gold in colour; very youthful. Settled nose; some obvious tropical fruits but well matched to a zingy citrus note. Citrus pops up early in the palate but gives way to more mellow liquered fruits. Certainly undertstated but has some class.
