Tasting Notes - Ad Hoc Chardonnay 2005

Sourced from Pemberton fruit. Simple ripe style with nice sweet malo notes that are lightly worked. A powerful core of sweet fruit drives the flavours early but the wine falls away in 'the second half' as the fruit gets flabby and falls away. A shame - it promised much early.
