Transparent with a tinge of salmon pink this wine has the best of both wine styles made from this grape; it has the rich palate depth and slight oiliness of a
pinot gris but the light, crisp acidity of a
pinot grigio. Fresh powder puff aroma with flavours of soft apple and pear with a light cinnamon spice on the
finish. Dry, flavoursome and refreshing. Recommended
